Farah Edds, MPAS, PA-C
Farah Edds, MPAS, PA-C is a fellowship-trained dermatology Physician Associate and the founder of Lush Injectables, a modern aesthetic and wellness studio in Sarasota, Florida. With a passion for blending science and artistry, Farah specializes in natural-looking aesthetic treatments including facial balancing, lip enhancement, liquid rhinoplasty, collagen-stimulating injectables, and advanced skin rejuvenation.
Farah earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Michigan University before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Northern Arizona University. She later pursued advanced fellowship training in dermatology, where she developed a deep expertise in medical and cosmetic skin care. Her approach to aesthetics is grounded in safety, precision, and a commitment to enhancing each client’s natural beauty rather than altering it.
As the founder of Lush Injectables, Farah is dedicated to creating an elevated patient experience that combines medical excellence with a welcoming, personalized approach.
She believes aesthetic medicine should empower people to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and she is known for her thoughtful consultations, attention to detail, and refined results.
Outside of the treatment room, Farah is passionate about education, mentorship, and helping women feel confident and supported in their skin and in their lives. She continues to pursue ongoing training in the latest aesthetic techniques to ensure her clients receive the safest and most advanced treatments available.

Alexis Stagg, ARNP
Alexis is a board-certified APRN with an artistic eye for aesthetics. She has been an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner for over 2 years after spending years as an RN in a hospital setting. Alexis is very passionate about her craft and brings expertise in neurotoxins, lip filler, chin, cheek, jawline filler, and more!

Kendall Goit, PA-C
Kendall is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in dermatology and aesthetics. She is passionate about helping patients feel their most confident and radiant selves. Her clinical background includes experience in dermatology, ranging from skin cancer management to cosmetic procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser treatments. Kendall has developed a deep appreciation for the artistry and precision required to achieve natural results and believes aesthetic medicine is about restoring confidence and empowering individuals to look and feel their best! Her goal is to combine medical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to deliver safe and personalized aesthetic outcomes.
TREATMENT PROVIDER
Dr. Naylin Dayal
Dr. Nalin Dayal is a skilled Cosmetic Surgeon with four years of operating room experience and has served as an aesthetic supervising physician. Since completing his residency and fellowship in General and Cosmetic Surgery, he has been practicing in Florida, specializing in body contouring procedures, facial and breast surgery, and Botox, fillers, and laser services. Dr. Dayal has worked closely with NP/PA-run med spas, serving as their medical director, and frequently consults with other aesthetic professionals in an advisory capacity.
